The hotel's location on Brickell Ave is perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities were exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable, and the staff, especially Fernanda at the Concierge Desk, were super helpful. The pool area was like an oasis in the middle of downtown. They even had a beautiful garden on the seventh floor with palm trees. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect, right in the middle of the downtown area.

Couldn't stay longer.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was ideal, with a beautiful view of the pool and bay from my room. The hotel had great facilities, including a 24-hour open pool and a hot jacuzzi. The all-day breakfast was a huge plus, with delicious food and fresh fruit. The strong wifi and comfortable rooms made my stay even better. I also appreciated the complimentary access to nearby attractions, such as Nikki Beach. I can't wait to return.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The pool area was my favorite part. The 24-hour heated pool was a fantastic feature, and I particularly enjoyed lounging in the hammock section. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. I also really appreciated the fact that the pool was open 24 hours, giving me the option for a late-night swim if I wanted to. Additionally, when I had an accident and needed assistance, the hotel staff were amazing and did everything they could to make my stay and recovery wonderful.
